Anothy and Nitra are very professional, polite, friendly, helpful and also very kind to me. Anothy and his team by far are the best management team ever. Nitra did such a great job of helping my partner and I get situated into finding a place! Even when a prospective unit got taken she quickly made us pivot and was able to get us matched with another unit!
For the apartment complex: Aquatic Ashby(owned by aquatic higby and is shown as closed on maps). Terrible apartment complex and management. When I first moved in, Brenda who helped me was wonderful and addressing my concerns, following up with me, etc. I assume she left because of how poor it was and I don’t blame her. Note: this review is for the building across called Aquatic Ashby. But they’re no longer on Google maps and are now owned by Aquatic Higby. Really poor experience living here so far. Something or the other is always broken in this building. Sometimes the parking stackers are down and you can’t get your car out, or the garage gate is stuck and won’t open or close, or the fobs don’t work and anyone can enter the lobby. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jesus, our Maintenance Supervisor at the Higby complex. He is consistently professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful with any maintenance issues that come up.
