The building (aquatic Ashby) has had a lot of problems but things have definitely improved a lot since Anthony took over.
No one ever picked up the call. Asked for a refund on August 20th, and no one is taking care of it as of September 10th.
Hallway carpet need to clean, stain is visible, maintenance might need to improve.
This review is for Aquatic Higby 2 (formerly called Aquatic Ashby). I made the mistake of living there for two years and would encourage everyone to stay away. Despite being a new building, there were several maintenance issues exacerbated by a terrible management team. Here are a few examples of issues that occurred while I lived there. 1. There is an air freshener in the lobby that beeps whenever it is empty.
