Note: this review is for the building across called Aquatic Ashby. But they’re no longer on Google maps and are now owned by Aquatic Higby. UPDATE May 2026: This building has actually become quite amazing. Sami, Nitra and Jesus have made everything spectacular. I get regular responses from the leasing office, maintenance is resolved asap, any issues reported are taken seriously, and I feel like they really hear us tenants now. The trash room is kept very clean, and doors, elevators are working in great condition. I’m super h... read more
