I've had a very pleasant experience living here at the Higby and feel lucky to reside in a place where the staff is both exceptionally down to earth and prompt about action if there's a problem. The building and surrounding areas are always kept clean and aesthetically pleasing, and maintenance seems to be pretty proactive when it comes to ensuring that safety features of the building and dwellings are up-to-date. I've been residing here for a year, and overall, the apartment building is well maintained, with a clean gym. The receptionist and maintenance staff are pleasant. Regrettably, I must express concerns about the property manager, Samm, whose demeanor has been consistently rude, marked by a lack of communication skills and an unwillingness to assist.
