This review is for Aquatic Higby 2 (formerly called Aquatic Ashby). I made the mistake of living there for two years and would encourage everyone to stay away. Despite being a new building, there were several maintenance issues exacerbated by a terrible management team. Here are a few examples of issues that occurred while I lived there. 1. There is an air freshener in the lobby that beeps whenever it is empty. De Jesus is always on top of things at Higby. Will not hesitate to help or point you in the right direction!
I have lived here for a year now and just renewed my lease for the coming year. Jesus is always so helpful with any work orders and super friendly. Anthony and Nitra in leasing are great. Big big shoutout to the team! I know they're doing their best with what they're working with.
Note: this review is for the building across called Aquatic Ashby. But they’re no longer on Google maps and are now owned by Aquatic Higby. UPDATE: Changing to 4 stars from 1 star because the building managers (Anthony and Nitra) are really excellent and doing their best. The building just has a lot of legacy problems that are out of their control, but they do their best to fix them, and I'm very grateful and thankful for them. I have lived here a number of years and am really loving the current management team! Nitra, Anthony and Jesus are a great team and do their jobs so well! Jesus is super attentive to any work orders and is such a friendly face around the building. He's the best!
