This apartment complex was perfect for me in location and accommodations. Being right next to the freeway was amazing for my work commute and having Berkeley Bowl right across the street makes grocery trips so easy! The shared spaces in the building were always clean and well maintained. But the best part of the place has to be the people on staff! There is always someone there to help out with what I may need. Me and my hubby lived in Higby for 10 years now. We have been through various Management through out the years. Higby is what I call Home. Every management has their own style but so far, we always feel secured here. Kudos to Jesus and Ms. Nitra for making our stay here worthwhile. Looking forward to more years. So far all our neighbors are orderly though I miss the old ones. Proud to be one of the pioneers here☺️
I love living at the Aquatic at Higby. Sami, Nita, Salvador, and Jesus are so helpful and friendly! They help make living in Berkeley a wonderful experience!
