I’ve been living at Higby Apartments for 10 years, and I truly love it here. The neighborhood is amazing, and being in Berkeley is a huge plus — great food, great energy, and great neighbors all around. The maintenance team is always responsive and takes care of any issues quickly, and the leasing office genuinely helps with every need. They make living here stress-free and comfortable. Such an amazing team between Sammy and Nitra. They were fully accommodating and offered a beverage while I waited for my partner to arrive to view the unit. We looked at the amenities of the building and took our time going over the unique details of the unit without feeling rushed. We were welcomed back to an open house event where they would serve lemonade and we could see the other available units when we had the time. Great customer service.
Jesus has been very responsive with answering questions and helpful with maintenance problems. Nitra has been very supportive and friendly too, since I moved here the beginning of last year.
People here are awesome! Especially Jesus. He’s super helpful and warm.
