I have been renting from Foland and Higbee for 7 1/2 years now. What a wonderful property management team. Anytime I have needed, or need, service, they are just a phone call/text away and are always very prompt, on time and work around my schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend Foland and Higbee to anyone looking for a property management company who are professional and courteous to their tenants.

A wonderful business to work with. They are great people helping those in search of a place to live at a reasonable price.
I called them and they were not informed if the owner of their rental property allows cats. But even then, when they after a few days fou dn out that was allowed, they suddenly confronted me with an unlisted demand that I ought to show up in person from very very far (100s of miles) to come sign the lease while their competitors do not require that. Pure time wasters.
