HiFi Haus is the best!! Wonderful people, product, and experience. Russ and Calvin are generous with their time, expertise, music recommendations, and thoughtful conversation. It has been a lovely time building my system with them :)
We were looking to get a turntable but didn’t really know where to start. Calvin and Russ made sure we were in good hands and took so much care in explaining all the options and how to hook things up where they needed to. They even have our go to record to test out for the audio! We will definitely be going back for any turntable/speaker needs.
Every morning, when it’s hard to get up, I roll over and click on the 1980s radio receiver I got from the guys at HiFi Haus. My giant speakers live under my bed, thrifted last summer along with a cd player, prompting my appointment at HiFi Haus. I am so grateful this morning and every morning! They were so helpful to all my questions. I was like wait how do I make my cd player and speakers go? And they were like lol you’re gonna need a few more things… love that this place exists.
Reading through the reviews, I thought I received extra special care and treatment, but nope - that’s how Russ is and that’s how he helps others! I had an incredible learning experience and Russ really catered to my budget needs and gave thorough explanation and tutorials for a novice. I got a beautiful turntable and valuable knowledge. I got some great band recs as well. I highly recommend this place and Russ!!
