Just had a visit with HiFi Audio & Video for installation of a new piece of equipment. Wow! How lucky we are to have found them. Barney and Dale were efficient and professional as well as friendly and approachable. They were very helpful with our questions and trouble shooting other areas of our system. We will be repeat customers in the near future as their ideas and recommendations provided welcome solutions to our “problem areas”.
Extremely professional. They were very informative about the process, cost and benefits of the installation. I will use them again for additional services and recommend them to anyone requiring similar services.
I have purchased several different pieces of AV gear over the years from Barney and he couldn't make it any easier. He provides great guidance, exceptional pricing as an authorized dealer for the higher end brands I prefer, and the gear is always received quickly and in perfect order. Nope this definitely the right company. Im pisst... I would never recommend this company to anyone! This company is not professional, built on lies and empty promises to both your customers and employees. Treat your people and customers better and you wont get low rating or survey.
