I was looking forward to my appointment, but unfortunately, the front desk staff made for a terrible first impression. The receptionist looked visibly bothered that I was there, was wearing AirPods, and even had her head resting on the desk when I arrived. The lack of professionalism and interest in patient care was enough for me to cancel my appointment on the spot. While I like the doctor, I can’t justify staying with a practice that allows such poor customer service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
All my experience with the Doctor and the staff were absolutely great they know how to take care of you and you feel relax and comfortable with them the Doctor will blow you away with the experience they have.
the lady doctor Penn ling was really nice. got her up to date with my eye history. she recommended some add ons to my eye glasses prescription that would help me. also is a good listener and gave a good eye exam. This site should be my go to site since i was looking for a new closer to home. I had a appointment with Dr. Hieu T Lee very attentive and professional.
I had a great experience from the moment I was greeted for my eyes vision exam. The eye doctor is very kind, soft spoken and very professional. I got all my concerns answered and my eyes health explained. I will definitely recommend this doctor.
