Excellent optometrist. Very knowledgeable , polite and quick.
Horrible experience. Take your business to an establishment who provides accurate results and cares about their customers. I went in for an eye exam end of 2024. Was provided with a script that i quickly noticed was not right and did not make things any better. I even inquired at the appointment that it seemed odd that the results didn't seem to reflect the severity of my problems seeing. Dr. Hieu Doan is great. Excellent service.
Had issue with my prescription and reached out to speak with the Dr. many times over several months. The front office person has refused this request. She even said "the Dr. doesn't talk to patients". That is unfortunate, if a patient has issues with a prescription and kindly asked to speak to the Dr., one would think that would be a normal practice for the Dr. to call them.
