Was very communicative and committed to providing good healthcare.
I took my mother to Dr. Ngo's office a few years ago. My mother and I were both happy with his intelligent, thoughtful comments and he was very respectful towards both of us.
I vacillated whether or not to write this review but I think it would help Dr. Ngo (if he sees this) to become a better doctor. I took my 80 yr old father to see him 11/2021 for mild SVD (small vessel ischemic disease; white matter disease). Dr. Ngo asked questions and then put him through a test, he was extremely detached and cold while putting my father through the process, as a matter of fact his demeanor was that of annoyed for having to do his job.
