Dr. Phan treated my husband for over a year. He was no nonsense and thankfully we followed his recommendations My husband was at death's door when Dr. Phan initially saw him with serious wounds and in a malnourished state. He worked wonders for Charlie. God bless Dr. Phan. We cannot thank you enough.

I had recent surgery for an inguinal hernia repair. Dr. Phan explained what would take place. At the hospital, prior to the surgery, he visited with me two or three times and one time after the surgery. The surgery went exceptionally well. I have a low pain tolerance but in this case, I didn't need anything other than Ibuprofin for a couple of days. Dr. Phan changed my wife's colonoscopy from a preventative, which was fully covered by insurance, to Diagnostic without informing my wife. Because of this, we now have to pay $1300. In contacting the office at least a dozen times, the office manager has never given us the courtesy of call back, instead having the billing office call us with threats of sending the bill to collections. He fixed my pilonidal cyst and it being a 20+ year chronic issue and 2 previous surgeries by other doctors didn't fix it. Fully explained everything. Not long waits in his office. Nice staff. It has been healed for just over 2 years now since he did the surgery and hasn't returned.

Dr. Phan repaired my umbilical hernia on September 25th, 2018. I was very pleased with his abilities and talents for all aspects of the procedure, including follow-up visits. He did an excellent job!!

Dr. Phan removed a double hernia robotically from my abdomen. He is a professional who explained every detail of my surgery. Wait time was about 30 mins but didn't mind the wait. His staff as well were very attentive to my needs in scheduling my surgery and appointment.

I went to the emergency room one night with abdominal pain and needed emergency surgery. Dr. Phan was called in. He was very professional and straight up. He is an excellent surgeon, makes you feel very comfortable and explains things to you very well. When going for follow ups the first two times, the wait times were a little long due to the new computer system. Over all, I was very pleased.

Dr Phan removed my gall bladder last month. He is not only an excellent physician but he is also attentive, explains everything in detail and is great at following up with his patients. Surgery is never pleasant in fact it's scary but having Dr. Phan as my physician made the whole experience easier. His nurses and assistants are professional and caring. It's obvious it's a nice place to work which makes it better for the patient.

A colonoscopy, preformed by Dr. Phan on my husband, revealed a large cancerous tumor in his lower bowel. It was decided that a colostomy would be done to relieve the discomfort so he wouldn't have to have a bowel movement. Dr. Phan never performed the colostomy until it was necessary by an emergency situation. On the 10th day of hospitalization, his abdomen was so bloated, he could not breath - sent to ICU - then Dr. Phan finally did the colostomy. Was Dr. Phan too busy? I don't think so.
