I contacted Gerald at around 9pm on a Sunday evening when my roof was leaking during rain, and am so glad that I did. It was forecasted to rain through the next week. The first contractor I contacted earlier in the day agreed, but did not show up. The second contractor indicated he would be available when the roof was dry due to safety, which is reasonable, but would not work as it would allow my ceiling to fill with water for a week, causing damages involving increased repair.
