Be cautious with who you get as an inspector from here. Hired both home and a seperate structural engineer at an additional cost. Long story short they missed 20k of foundation issues that was very obvious to a "perfessional". We relied on this company for our home purchase and really wish we went somewhere else. I have tried to reach out for help on the matter but still waiting for a call. Please look elsewhere.
Update: stay very far away. I used them to give the home of interest an analysis before purchasing. They do a very surface level analysis and even though they told me I could depend on them in the future, they ghosted me. Another structural engineering company gave a completely contradictory review. I wish I had never used them.
We were in need of quick assistance in having a home inspection completed back in Oct of 2024. HIE responded promptly with acceptable dates, great rates and excellent service. We highly recommend this highly efficient company. The knowledge that they displayed helped in our making a 30 year investment decision. I believe Anthony Eulberg took our call and put everthing into motion. We are very grateful for his diligence as well.
Not happy. They told me they could do the job that week... untrue. They took pictures that week. And the woman was very rude (probably upset bc she doesn't get paid enough). Had 2 projects across the street from each other. No report for a month. No follow-up call or email to say your report is going to take a while. I went with someone else. We've been working with HIE for quite awhile and I have to say they're the best structural engineering team that we've worked with thus far in Denver and all of Colorado. They're responsive, great at problem solving, and are always game to value engineer their design approach to save money for our clients. I couldn't recommend them enough and look forward to working with them for years to come!
