Many people will ask the question, "A sushi and Thia restaurant in Palmetto?". I have traveled abroad for a good portion of my life (Thialand 2 times with 1 month total combined time) and I can easily say Hideko outshines even the authentic. All the food is extremely clean and fresh and they are creative in their dishes.Food quality, food presentation, low cost, and the service rate high in my book. You will not be disappointed. They are the best between Sarasota, Bradenton, and of course Palmetto. Enjoy!
