For anyone who might want to get a consultation for braces at this place, please be aware that they will charge about $800 to your insurance if you decide not to go with them for treatment. That's $800 (40% of our insurance maximum) for some X-rays and a 15- minute meeting with the orthodontist. Email inquiries to them regarding the charge have been ignored.
Professional and clean office. They take covid-19 protocol very serious. Easy to get appointment. The price is reasonable for such high quality and professional dentists. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I am a student studying abroad in California, but I didn’t expect my braces got in trouble. My braces were broken, so I came here to fix them. Even though I cannot speak English fluently, all of the staff are so kind, and the treatment is really good! I really appreciate the staff here! If I have in trouble about teeth again, I’ll definitely go here again!
Dr Ikeda's office charged me $4000 to take over an existing braces treatment that was already 2 years in. Plus $400 for top and bottom retainer replacement (They include one pair, but its a 1 week turnaround because they outsource) (They refuse to tell you this without getting you in their office and forcing a pitch down your throat) I chose this office due to its proximity to my house, if I could go back I would not make the same choice. Dr Ikeda is simply amazing! Office is absolutely clean and staff is super friendly! They all great me by name when I come in for my appts. I am in the process of Invisalign and they've made it the best possible. I highly recommend if your looking for the best in OC area!
