They cancelled my appointment on the day of my appointment saying that they get wrong group number of my insurance, which I provided to them one day before my appointment. If I knew they would cancel on the same day, I would have made an appointment with another physical therapy.
I came in to see Hannah for pelvic floor therapy in preparation of having my first baby. When I started it, I was having some discomfort and pain, within 5 weeks I felt way stronger with no pain or discomfort. I plan on going back to Hannah after birth to work through any post birth injuries.
I was referred to HIDEF by a friend and trained with Kelly McCracken for over 4 months to rehabilitate a back injury and then also a lingering foot injury. Kelly was fantastic, and the treatment was very effective. My pain is gone, and more importantly I regained the strength and flexibility I needed both for day to day life and athletic performance. Hannah helped me with lower back pain recovery. With 6 week effort, I feel significant improvement! The staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!
