I came to HIDEF through a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did! The space is bright, open, and welcoming, and everyone I’ve met here is friendly and easy to talk to. My PT Leigh is a great listener and always takes the time to understand how I’m feeling and what I need. She incorporates hands-on massage and adjusts the exercises from session to session based on how my lower back is recovering, rather than just following the same routine every time. HIDEF is a fun and energetic place for PT and the staff is top notch. My surgeon is really happy with my progress. And they have jokes every week and a great app and scheduling system so you always know about your appointments and how to do your exercises.
