Hideaway Yacht Sales was horrible with us. The minute we turned the cash over...their customer service stopped. We had MANY issues with our boat that they simply would not even consider fixing. The boat was supposedly "gone over with a fine tooth comb", yet it had SO many problems! The owner finally returned my call after months of trying, even he was full of it! Go somewhere else... go ANYWHERE else!
RecommendedThese guys are the best. I'm a first time boat buyer and these guys have made it so easy. They answer all my silly questions with a smile, they help with everything from tagging the boat to hooking it up to my truck. I wish I did business with these guys 10 years ago. If your thinking about a boat go visit and ask a few questions. What do u have to lose. I'm from Texas and it's hard to find hospitality here in Michigan These people have it. Thanks!

Just bought our 2005 SeaRay Sundancer from this dealership and they did an amazing job. We learned first hand that customer satisfaction ranks higher than making money at Hideaway. Way above and beyond-- taking initiative to do more than expected or even asked just to make sure we drove away with a boat that met their high standards. We'll most definitely be back.
