a good home away from home
Very nice accommodations. Nice pool Beautiful deck with a view behind the resort.
Nice place to stay in an old Florida hotel without all the stuff you expect in a cookie cutter hotel. Maybe a little overpriced.
We stay here EVERY time we’re in Cape Coral. You cannot beat the price, the cleanliness or the staff. Bonus for us is that they’re pet friendly, with large rooms that make it easy to travel with our dogs.

This is a wonderful place. Many thanks to the owners of the building, who made the hotel area so cozy. There is a swimming pool, a promenade where you can lower your kayak or boat. It is possible to barbecue and lie in a hammock or deck chair. This is one of the best spots in Cape Coral

Has great and friendly people that work here. The view on the canal is amazing. We got the economy room and it's nice size for my fiance and myself. They were very accommodating to us as I had back surgery and needed a room on the first floor and didn't even hesitate to make that happen for us. And, the price is wonderful for a budget. Worth every penny just for the view on the canal and heated pool but, to add friendly staff make all that much more a gem in hospitality.
