Very poor customer service! No response to online messages, and can not get an answer by phone or leave a message by phone. Continue to charge me after I have canceled my storage unit. Having to contact fraud unit with my credit card company.
The poorest customer service! Their website says to call for availability. I call and no one answers. I leave a message. No return call. I call again and it just rings and rings. I get a text that they can't take my call, but could they help me by text. I tell them what I'm looking for via text. No response. Next day, still no response. TERRIBLE!!!
We have only stored our rv for a few months but we have been pleased with the facility. The only thing I would recommend for future improvements would be to increase the width of each space by about 2 feet. But otherwise clean and well lit, fenced and gated.
