Absolutely awful 1-there is two locations but google maps only shows one BUT ITS THE SAME ADDRESS as the one in sweetwater 2-when you finally get to the address for the one in sweetwater thru HIDEAWAYS VERY OWN WEBSITE it is wrong very wrong 3-the only way to actually find the one in aweetwater is ask the people at the address where it use to be and hope that they know thankfully for me they did 4-absolutely no signs or markers to indicate exactly where it is let’s say buy some miracle you find it 5-once you go through all t... read more

I have been renting a unit here for over a year now, and honestly it's been great. Every time I've had a question or a concern, they've been quick to respond, explain, and help. There's an extra bonus with Hideaway Storage: the price. From what I've seen, they beat their competition by a fair amount on the price. They've spared no expense when it comes to cleanliness, security, and accessibility! I'm am greatly satisfied with the business I've done with them.

The person who I've had all my dealings with via phone has always been super helpful. I had to get a new credit card and it only took a minute to make the necessary changes via phone. Hideaway Storage is clean and easy to deal with
