Horrible customer service. They have no organization, no booking information. After two attempted appointments and one rude owner I give up.
Very good haircut & very friendly
Butchered my hair by cutting an entire church out claiming she thought ot was a "knott" in the sink. but despite numerous times trying to reschedule to get it corrected by just asking for a shampooband style as not wanting tobfuthervlose chunks or hair there was never any availability and today told by the owner in a BEYOND ZHATEFUL TONE/,RETORT., That's not the way it works. You don't get a free haircut a year later@!" Zero professionalism and customer service. 0 stats. Do not recommend!!
Dee Dee has been doing my son’s hair for almost a year now, and he is always so excited to go see her. She looked at a picture for what he wanted and was able to recreate it in a way that fits him perfectly! He gets a perm and is long on top. She always makes him feel special and has taken the time to get to know him. She is very patient with a wiggly boy not suited to sitting still for very long. We will keep coming back, both for the skill she has to keep him looking sharp, and for the fun we have when we are here. Convers... read more
