Horrible customer service. They have no organization, no booking information. After two attempted appointments and one rude owner I give up.
Very good haircut & very friendly
Butchered my hair by cutting an entire church out claiming she thought ot was a "knott" in the sink. but despite numerous times trying to reschedule to get it corrected by just asking for a shampooband style as not wanting tobfuthervlose chunks or hair there was never any availability and today told by the owner in a BEYOND ZHATEFUL TONE/,RETORT., That's not the way it works. You don't get a free haircut a year later@!" Zero professionalism and customer service. 0 stats. Do not recommend!!
