What a great place to live. The community cares about one another. The owners really carry about the appearance the upkeep and wherever they can do to make it better.
A fantastic little hidden gem. Wonderful community, beautiful trees, peace, and quiet. We were so blessed to find this place. It is now our forever home. We love it here!!!!
Now that we have our spot we can brag about Ben and Holly, the owners, and how awesome they've been while we are putting together our wish list for our new to be built home. It's been tough accepting being old, but this place will prolong the inevitable.

I love living here. Quiet and quaint old part of Orange Park. Ben and Holly are the best...safe neighborhood, neighbors look out for each other and help when needed...plus we have lots of doggies here too who get along and have fun! Hope to buy a permanent place here next year!
