Me and my mom went there to eat dinner and we waited half an hour for our food, and when my moms food came out wrong and she sent it back, she waited another half hour for THAT food. It still wasn’t done enough when it got here and the fries were rock hard. So she waited a whole hour and didn’t eat. And it wasn’t crowded. Then when she contacted Hideaway about the issue on FB, they read the message but didn’t bother to respond to her or apologize. Very unprofessional.
