AC breaks down, internet often goes AWOL for days. They charge $95 bullshit cleaning fees when you move out for routine wipedowns that they would've done anyway before someone new moves in. Some appliances like the stove were too old, busted, and never fully functional. Shower lining was falling apart.
I would not recommend living here. From the moment we moved in, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. The apartment was unclean, with mold, leftover food, and a broken A/C that was never properly addressed, despite multiple reports. We were told to text a number for maintenance issues, but concerns were either ignored or never resolved. On top of that, we were charged monthly for internet that barely worked, if at all. I just finished my master's degree, and I was more excited about my lease ending. I survived three leases here. The first two? Mildly messy. The last one? A countdown-to-freedom situation. Internet: The internet had six major outages this lease—always during peak work or school hours. It also enjoys buffering at random.
