Not a resident but after 4 emails and 2 unanswered phonecalls I'm convinced they don't want to rent out their units. My spouse and I love the features but we can't even get a tour scheduled.
Been here for 4 months now and I couldn’t have enough amazing things to say about this place. I have a 1br 1 bth ( 800 sqft ) apartment. Its just me. The space inside is so open. I love the layout. Is equip with all my must haves ( dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer hook up ). There is alot of storage in the kitchen including a pantry. Large closet off the front door for w/e. ( i keep it as a coat closet ) and a large linen closet in the bathroom. You can hear the slight hum of 270 if all your windows and sliding... read more
Older stuff falling apart…maintenance took 3 tries to figure out leaking air conditioner..office staff not friendly nor willing to exert an effort, almost hang up before you finish your request…rent is reasonable for what you get since it hasn’t been replaced since the ‘90s.
