These people treat you like a friend the second you walk in the door, even if it's your first time there.They know how to say, "hello", what can we do for you??. This is my HD home, I joined the chapter, and some have become good friends..after an accident with my 2012 tri-glide, I knew I wanted to continue to ride..Joyce showed me a 2015 tri-glide, it was instant love..all of my questions were answered. These people KNOW their stuff about their department. I drive 87 miles to get to the Hideout, but worth every mile.
