I was passing through on my way back to Oregon and the temp and check engine lights came on. Pulled into the dealership to have it checked out. Tuen out the water pump was not working on my 15 Street Glide CVO. They repaired it and had me back on the road in under 2 hours. Fast friendly service.
The staff is the friendliest we’ve found. My guys always say they could just hang out all day there! We love our Hideout Family!
Excellent service
We come from Quebec, Canada, and we had a flat a few miles before Joplin... I called and as I don’t speak english very well, Khanor called the towing for us, had to do a few calls.. It took several minutes, so he took care to call us back just to say he didn’t forget us on the side of the road!!! When we arrived at the Harley Shop, they all took care of us, fixed it, and we could go on the road on the same day!! Even if we were at the very end of the day, they did a bit extra to help us.
