I got a quote from Lisa and 2 days later sat down to have it done. I wanted highlights and lowlights and a cut with layers, simple enough. when I was done I had a bleach blonde ombre and no layers. I was also charged over double the quote since ombré costs more. I went back and spoke with the owner Joe who said they would fix it. When I went to get it fixed I was told I'd have to pay more to have the highlights/lowlights | wanted since I have ombre. I never asked for ombré and even had pictures for an example.
