Very happy with my custom bed from Hiddenbed Factory! As a returning customer, I can say that Kathy and Keith have always been responsive and attentive to my needs. City living in small spaces can prove to be challenging at times but with the help and expertise of the team at Hiddenbed Factory, I have been able to live more comfortably as I have gained additional storage space - not to mention, the added elevation and aesthetics to complete my space. I would highly recommend Hiddenbed Factory to all!
I purchased my hidden bed, horizontal version 3 years ago. Great solution for a room used mostly as an office. Recently moved and didn’t want to leave it behind but unfortunately it was too tall for the new location. Cory came, moved it and cut it down to the right size. We love our new Hiddenbed! Keith provided excellent direction & design! Kathy called with an earlier delivery than previously promised, making us very happy. And, Adam provided the expertise with the installation. My Sister calls it a ‘Beautiful Transformer’ to behold! ❤️
We recently bought a 2br in downtown Toronto and wanted to maximize our space. Hiddenbed Factory was the perfect solution allowing us to fully design and customize a unit that gave us a fully functioning office workspace, additional storage, and a bed for the occasional guest. They were great to work with and the installation was seamless. We saw this as an investment in the property as well as our daily lives and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
We needed a Murphy bed for our guest room which was planned to double as a workout space when not in use. From planning to execution the owners were super friendly and both professional and skilled. Keith came to collect the measurements, Kathy managed the planning and scheduling, and Adam installed it. Everyone was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Hidden Bed Factory for your Murphy bed. We love our new Hidden Bed and now functional guest/ work out room!!! Thank you!!!
