Very disappointed. Catastrophic failure. Bed was installed and the next day screws were falling out. After a repair from hiddenbed 5 weeks later, the bed broke. The pictures show the quality of the install and construction. Hidden bed factory is not honoring their guarantee.
The service was as promised. The family business owners were kind and professional through the purchase and installation of our Murphy bed sofa. We are very happy clients.
We just got our Bed system and couldn't be happier. VERY nice workmanship as well. Very solid feeling. It has a very high end look to it. Looking at it you can tell it's not cheap in any way. All surfaces were perfect. Very good cabinet making. Super helpful and nice folks as well. Kathy was superb in her scheduling and install dates. Very happy with my custom bed from Hiddenbed Factory! As a returning customer, I can say that Kathy and Keith have always been responsive and attentive to my needs. City living in small spaces can prove to be challenging at times but with the help and expertise of the team at Hiddenbed Factory, I have been able to live more comfortably as I have gained additional storage space - not to mention, the added elevation and aesthetics to complete my space. I would highly recommend Hiddenbed Factory to all!
