Very upset with owner Jay He took full payment from me for couch and 2 chairs, he only delivered couch it’s more than 6 months still didn’t receive chairs and cushions he promised to include in price if by mistake he picks call , he said let me call you back until now didn’t get call back that’s why choose to write Don’t give him full payment untill you receive all items
Our family recently purchased a Horizontal Hiddenbed (double bed size) with desk for our daughters room. We dealt with both Adam and Keith , they were both amazing. Adam made sure to help us pick the right set up for the room and Keith confirmed all the dimensions were correct to ensure the proper fit. After my research and the recent installation by Hidden Beds, I al very happy with my decision. The experience, service and quality of the final product met all my expectations. Thank you Keith and Adam! We will recommend this company to friends and family.
Today we had our delivery of a Queen Murphy bed with cupboards. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. Adam showed up exactly when he said he was going to be there. He was extremely professional and even helped me open my new mattress and assisted with putting it on the bed. I highly recommend them and we are loving the workmanship and quality of the product. Thank you again and we will definitely be recommending your company to all our family and friends.
Very disappointed. Catastrophic failure. Bed was installed and the next day screws were falling out. After a repair from hiddenbed 5 weeks later, the bed broke. The pictures show the quality of the install and construction. Hidden bed factory is not honoring their guarantee.
