I am so disappointed in both the customer service and quality of this bed. I have had it for 5 years and it has been used intermittently. It is not built to last, the quality and workmanship is poor, screws coming loose and the bed creaks whenever you lay on it, so loudly it keeps you up and everyone else in this small space. There is a $400 service call, but they don’t respond back to emails. These are pricey, suggest you Save your money , sadly this is not worth the investment.

This company came highly recommended by a relative of mine who’d used them, and i could absolutely see why. The entire process from start to finish was efficient, seamless, professional, and felt personal.
