I've lived here for over 5 years and it's a very clean and quiet complex. If you have any maintenance issues they are very prompt in getting them resolved. Also the complex has been converting to all non-smoking units which is a plus for those with allergies or asthma issues. They also allow small pets. There is a small courtyard area to play basketball but not really geared to small children. The pool is open during the summer and is very clean and not overly chlorinated.
