Julia the property manager was extremely helpful and welcoming to me! Noah the leasing agent has also been a joy to work and interact with. Very nicely groomed and maintained facility as well. 🙌✨
Had a visit from maintenance regarding a busted cabinet hinge. Charlie was quick, courteous, and professional! He very kindly answered our questions and was super friendly! He also helped with a separate cabinet while he was here and made sure everything was level. Thank you, Charlie! ♡
Charlie came over this morning first thing on an emergency maintenance call. He not only fixed the issue i called about but he also fixed a couple of things I brought up when he was on site. He is one of the friendliest maintenance people we have had and always seems to be in a good mood. It is nice to have some of our staff take pride in our homes as much as we do as the tenant.
The maintenance guy Charlie did a great job, was fun to talk to, and explained everything we were curious about perfectly. Thanks to Charlie we can shower with peace of mind and comfort 11/10
