I'm extremely disappointed with the way my leasing office handled a recent situation regarding rental assistance. I was encouraged by them to apply for a program that helps cover rent for up to 6 months. I was approved-both by my leasing office and by the state-after falling behind one month due to a mental health crisis that caused me to miss work. If you like thin walls, random fees, broken appliances, and management that ignores you until rent is due-this is your spot. Otherwise, run. Everything looks decent on the tour, then reality hits: mold, maintenance that ghosts you, and neighbors you hear like they're in your living room. You're better off in a tent with Wi-Fi.
I did some contracting work at this property, and the maintenance team, Charlie and Julio, had great communication and were attentive to any assistance I needed.
