The maintenance team continues to be very prompt and helpful. Julio did an excellent job as usual, my shower is draining great again!

I’ve been living at Arrive for a little over a year. I just recently renewed my lease. The management and maintenance team are awesome!
When you’ve got a motto that is: “Don’t just come home, Arrive.” It really does feel like that and the team here takes special attention to that detail from support you during your move in process to making sure you have a smooth transition onto the next. This property offers really great programs for paying rent (although, be warned there are fees associated with it) and they have events like their Holiday Party and Food truck!
