Saved the Day! Hidden Valley Siding owner Collin called me and said he had missed my call and asked what he could help us with. I explained that I had water running into my basement due to faulty rain gutters and foundation. Before I can get the foundation fixed I needed to stop the source of the water. Very Happy Customer I was very happy with their workmanship and they were able to adapt to the time schedule we had with some delays due to weather. They kept in touch with me and let know about scheduling. When I needed to get in touch with they were available and called back quickly when not available. I would use this company again and refer them to others.
Disappointed is a nice way of putting it I really would not recommend any company that does not keep their word. An appointment was set up for 8:30pm for Collin to come over and do an estimate on siding and a roof for my home. They never bothered to show up or to call. I guess that they are so busy that I as a customer am unimportant. After all it's only a small house. Why then make the appointment with me?
