this place is a nightmare. don't move here if you value your sanity, time, or energy.
We moved out in May, still have not received our full deposit. We tried to connect them politely and patiently for more than 10 times but only got really aggressive response and ignoring. We also asked NY General Counsel' s help. They admitted their fault to General Counsel but still do not return our deposit. We are planing to sue Nobhill for our deposit and punishment. I understand many prior tenants had the experience not getting the deposit, please connect me if you would like join us.
I complain about my upstairs neighbors stomping all hours of the day and night (none of them up there works) i emailed and called management and no one does anything about it. I’m 8months pregnant and already can’t sleep but the walls are so paper thin i don’t get any sleep at all and i work almost everyday at 6am my neighbors under me don’t complain because i think of other people that live here I pay rent just to be uncomfortable here DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! . I never leave bad reviews from personal experience unless I absolutely have to - I used to drive a Hyundai Elantra when I moved here in the summer of 2023. That was broken into and stolen. TWICE. There are no security cameras, no cops are ever around or patrolling the area. The other reviewer was not exaggerating; there are attempted break-ins to vehicles happening here at least once a week, and seemingly, nothing can be done about them. Maintenance is rude and invasive, there are car break-ins CONSTANTLY, and management does NOTHING about either of those things. Move here if you wanna be stalked by maintenance workers and pay $400 every month for broken window repairs.
