Our beautiful community is located in Volusia County Florida, and it is the perfect combination of affordable manufactured homes, coupled with an active senior mobile home park. Lived here over a year. Have loved it since day one. The owners work hard to keep the park nice. They are always on top of things. The day after Hurricane Irma owners and family were out cleaning up the downed tree limbs. The park had very limited damage. Great people live here. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else
