NO STARS! The most incompetent office staff I have ever encountered. Sold my unit, buyers were supposed to fill out approval paperwork for the community, which was the first thing we had them do. After numerous phone calls/emails from buyers agent, they finally (after a month) sent the paperwork via..snail mail. Almost cost me the sale as a result. To note, since the new office staff took over, phones calls rarely get returned if at all.
Hidden Valley Estates is really a nice community. The only caveat is that I have been asking to have someone look at my bathroom floor for about a year now as there seems to be a water leak that has progressively gotten worse and was present before I bought the place. Every time I inquire, I'm told they are too busy to see it. This has been going on for about a year now.
