Hidden Valley doors are a rip off. They charged me over 1000.00 for 2 spring replacements and 2 rollers. When I called them about it, they said the best they can do is give me 200.00 off my next service. I would recommend that no one ever call them for anything.
Did not clean up after there work. Could not do the job the same day. Had problems just over a month after using them and started having problems. Called twice said they needed to charge to come out I explained that they just did the job and I'm having issues. They never showed up. I would use somebody that is more reliable and clean
