Poor communication, doesn't do repairs in a timely manner, hidden fees, high cost to rent. In 2019 it was $1300 to live in my unit. In 2025 it's approaching double. Last year I saw a 10% increase from the previous years rent cost. Inflation was 3%...
A wonderful apartment. Equipment are new. The maintenance team are very nice and quick, will fix all issue as soon as possible.
There were cute decorations, free food, drinks, and good vibes. First time meeting neighbors, would love to have more events like this soon!!
