Since we have moved in we have had CONSTANT issues regarding things needing maintenance and maintenance responding poorly if at all. We have had to contact the property manager to finally get something fixed. It has been extremely frustrating. It seems there is a new issue every week. Here's a photo of the latest issue. Grease dripping from our windows! (And the range hood) We are on the 3rd floor. How poorly does a building have to be maintained for this to happen?
