Guys did great by communicating problem, helped fix to close window until part came in and fixed it in under 10 minutes and were very professional about everything.
I have been very happy living here. The rent keeps going up and now we pay all utilities. This would probably happen anywhere but I worry that soon I won't be able to afford living here.
