Very Happy My husband & I are extremely happy with Hidden Valley & have been going to them since 2006. Dr. Q is our usual vet, but if she is not available, we are happy to have any of the other vets. We have a 7lb Maltese & she is fragile and gets very nervous when going into the office. They calm her and make her feel special, which is the kind of treatment you should get when you take your pet to the vet. She is our baby and we want and expect the best treatment, whether being medicine or affection. They never turn us away... read more
Hidden Valley Animal Clinic The Vets and staff here have taken care of my Jack Russell Terrier for 14 years with kindness and professionalism. They were always happy to see us even though my dog didn't feel the same. They truly care for the animals they see.
Dr. Cat Wickerham I just wanted to say that we have had all our animals... and we have a lot of them, seen by Dr. Wickerham. Our family loves her. I have never seen so much love and caring as Dr. Wickerham shows her patients! I, myself, have cried with her over someone else's dog that died during surgery. Animals are in her heart and soul. Hidden Valley Animal Clinic i have gone to this clinic for the past year with my one year old chihuahua. i have called a few times with some 'nervous new mother' questions. the staff is very courteous and patient. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.
Lousy policy for filling online Rx We recently had some problems with this clinic. We tried to order a Rx online but the clinic would not allow it and called us to said we could buy 1000 pills at the clinic for a decent price - still not as cheap as online. We order online to save time as we are about 20 minutes away. When I got there (trying to fit in to my schedule) a sign on the door says that that are closed for a staff meeting - and will not open for 30 min. So much for saving time. Now they just send out a letter sayin... read more

We feel that of all the veterinarians we have ever used, this clinic (but particularly Dr. Catherine Wickerham) offers our pets the best care overall. The facility is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate.
