I had the unfortunate experience of hiring these people to refinish an oak table, its leaves, and 4 bow-back chairs. I was quoted a price which doubled when I came to pick up the finished pieces. I was belittled by the owner who said he'd quoted a price for a different shape chair. He also bragged that his finish was the toughest available.
