Well Maintained, Safe, Very Friendly – We are grateful to all who have worked hard to make this a great neighborhood for our family over the past two years. The complex has been well maintained, and we have always felt safe raising our family here. The few maintenance issues that have come up were always taken care of the very same day, and you have always been very friendly with us. Living here has given us the opportunity to save money for a down-payment, and now move to a home of our own.

Wonderful living here – It has been great living here and your staff has been wonderful. If for some reason I need to rent an apartment again... I will come here first. I will also recommend it to anyone that is looking for a place.

Lots of room, affordable, good layout, courteous staff, great schools. – Hidden Terrace Townhomes is part of the Missouri Affordable Housing program, so you might expect to find wood paneling and insects, but you'd be wrong. The townhomes are located at I-70 and Hwy 94, in the Francis Howell R-III school district. The clean and attractive apartments were built in the 90's and have neutral decor.
