I’m sad this place is closed. I went there years ago pre pandemic and it was a fantastic little shop. I’m not from the area and it made my trip to Manayunk great. People in the store were very friendly.

Really wanted to like this place, to support a local business and especially after reading all the reviews. But have been in three times, and each time the lady seems annoyed that someone is in her store, like you walked into her living room and not her business. Good to know I'm not the only one, as several other reviewers noted. Officious is a good descriptor, as previously mentioned. Still, does have a good selection and great that the business remains solvent in such a high rent area - wish them well!

Comfy LYS. As the owner says, Yarn is meant to be snargled. Beautiful yarns, many notions and owner is super nice and full of wonderful ideas! I will be back!
