My husband and I spent 4 nights in "Lola" for our 26th anniversary and had the best time ever. Our plan was to rest and relax before heading over to gaitlinburg and that is exactly what we did. The lot size was huge, the bus was nice and clean and had such beautiful touches throughout. The bathrooms were nice and clean. We accidentally left behind my husband's back massager that he uses after his spine surgery and the owners shipped it back to us. Such a thoughtful gesture. Visited friends staying at 'Lola' in Hidden Ridge, it's so stinking cute. With everything you could ask for except an onsite restroom & [a stocked fridge 🤣]. This is such a nice site, lots of space around your camp, lights, electricity, a bbq grill, a coffee maker, and I could go on. Need time away from the city make a reservation here, it was so peaceful.
Stayed at Lola, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place!!! So excluded but yet with all the amenities. 10/10 will be back!
We stayed in the school bus, Lola, with our little kids. It was surprisingly more spacious than expected, and the extra comforts made for a better camping experience. The AC, gas stove, and water all worked. Beds were comfy and easy to put together. And there's a relatively large fridge in the bus now too. The campsite has a grill, available firewood, and a nice firepit area, as well as a picnic table. A small fishing pond is up the hill, though we did not end up fishing this time.
