If I could give these apartments 0 stars I would they charge a fee for every little thing but always turning the water off and notify you of this at the last minute!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous!! This happens to many times a month all day with no water 8am -6pm I have family coming in town this is embarrassing. Don’t waist a penny with these people
Just moved here like 3 weeks ago and I love it so much .it’s very quiet and peaceful glad I made this decision to move here.let’s not get on how helpful mrs.Brandi was her service was top tier!!! If your are looking for sign to move here this is it !!
When I went inquire about the apartment they were all talkative and nice but the moment I got denied they had nothing more to say. The thing I hate the most is that they don’t give you the $90 application fee back. I feel that’s not right because the way cost of living is increasing they should refund that back to people who get denied. Like what are you going to do with the money keep it for yourself?
By far the best apartment complex i have ever lived in! They are a bit pricey but it’s worth it . I loved everything about these apartments . The location, the quiet , the security, the overall upkeep of the apartments. I’ve dealt with Virginia , Jordan & Thomas they are all awesome ! David is a great maintenance man. You won’t be disappointed if you move here
