There is a new manager at Hidden Pointe and the place is getting cleaned up! She looks and acts professional and is doing a great job!!! I highly recommend these apartments if youre able to get in! ;-)
My experience here has been nothing short of awful! The manager is white trash. Her appearance is unprofessional and sloppy. She stirs up drama with the tenants. She does not pick up the grounds. It takes an act of congress to get her to answer the phone. Its even harder to get something fixed. The halls are disgusting and written on. There is trash and glass all over the place. There is trash all over.. Loud neighbors....Hallways are nasty never cleaned The only thing that likes living there is the cockroaches .. they need a new manager to clean up the place
