Worst company I’ve ever rented from in the life and in the Fargo/moorhead area. I moved in and within a week things in the bathroom started breaking. I submitted two requests to get them fix and the requests was cancelled without getting fix at their Hidden pointe building. They locked me out of my until without calling or informing me.. Maintenance is extremely slow, and some building issues haven’t been fixed for over a year — including the broken buzzer system. This creates security concerns and has led to ongoing package theft problems. Inside the units, basic issues like clogged sinks and inconsistent shower temperatures take too long to address. It’s frustrating not being able to maintain a comfortable water temperature. The property has potential, but management seriously needs to improve maintenance response times and security.
RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! DIRTY PLACE!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH LIVING!!! THERE ARE A LOTS OF GOOD PLACES OUT HERE. Why would you even want to rent from a place with 1.5 stars. After moving to Fargo ND my first appt in Fargo. Hidden point (VALLEY RENTALS) wish I had known better. I can't refer this company to my worst enemy. Facts#
The area is not safe. I had two packages stolen within a week and management blames ME for their lack of security.
Quick disclaimer!! PLEASE think twice before renting out here. I’ll start off with the picture I’ve attached. It’s been a year plus since the buzzer for my apartment has been destroyed and as you can see there’s more than one apartment buzzer that’s been destroyed… It’s EIGHT apartments that has their buzzer DESTROYED.
