Let's just say its been a total nightmare since day 1. Problems with cockroaches, super nosey neighbors, bunk infractions that cost you an arm and a leg, and extremely unprofessional management! I wouldn't recommend valley rental even if they were my worst enemy!
Valley rental has proven their reputation at this complex for sure. Constant infractions for things like decor, dog leashes being too long, welcome mats etc... they also contract with all pro towing to wait around to find vehicles to tow in as little as 10 minutes. I will never rent from them again. They are just as bad as GM. Unless you enjoy being constantly micromanaged, I don't reccomend this company or complex.
The area is not safe. I had two packages stolen within a week and maintenance is slow to do anything about my bathroom door not latching.
We love it here at Hidden Point.
Horrible place to live. Nice apartments but the management company charges hidden fees. When asked about the fees they say they don't have to explain them.
