Living here currently for 1 year and some change. Ramona is one of the nicest and cooperative apartment managers I've ever met. There is about 17-20 visitor spots which helps but usually fill up around rush hour (to be expected). Washer/dryer combos, back patios, water tap in patio, and many more amenities. Only thing I wish was here is a pool/spa. Best part about this place is how quiet it is. Surrounded by walls and trees which make it a very serene and quiet area.
I love this place, as well as Ramona is amazing! She’s quick and efficient. She also gets back way faster than most places and she’s really nice!
I just signed my 3rd lease here and wanted to leave a review for any future tenants....Hidden Oaks has been awesome. It's quiet, clean and (most importantly) affordable. With housing sky-rocketing in Reno/Sparks, it's hard to find affordable rentals right now. Hidden Oaks could have easily jacked up my rent, but the price has stayed consistently low, in comparison.
