My name is Nenna Hicks and I live in Hidden Oaks 2 and it is a great place to live. The staff is wonderful and always very prompt when things need to be fixed. Mrs Stacy and her maintenance staff are really great and very respectful couldn't ask for a better place to live I love it here.She cares very deeply for her tenants she goes out her way to help make and keep this place a great place to live. for us and our children. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO!!
I use to live at this apartment complex. When I first moved in we were told that it was a safe environment. I didnt not feel safe at all. Cops came by at least 1 or 2 times a month. I even had to call the cops due to someone breaking in my car. I had no sympathy with the landlord. The landlord had known about my car but did nothing. No follow up on the stuff stolen or to inform other tenants to beware or watchful. Also during my stay there I had went through 4 different landlords. Well after my friends cars were damaged and he was harrased, i dont think my friend would recommened any decent person to live in a place were as you walk out of the door you get harrased and see children unattened at night, fights, or just alot of very rough looking individuals out side your apartment.......and managment well lets say why bother telling them about your issues. because when you do you get jumped by those who dont let you sleep at night... when all you want is a quiet place to go home to after a hard days wor... read more
