nice quiet area near Angelina college. being upgraded and fixed up nice. maintenance people fix same day or next day on all issues we have experienced. needed an affordablebplace and thus fit the bill. manager stacy is awesome and always friendly and helpful and returns calls quickly. pool is small but enjoyable on hot days. grounds are well maintained.
My name is Nenna Hicks I live in Hidden Oaks 1 been here for several years now and I love it. Its very nice its quiet the management staff are great!! Mrs Stacy always go far and beyond for all off tenants she cares a lot she always doing events for the kids. Its great! The maintenance is great I've never had any issues with them when I call they come no problem and they are very nice. This is a really great place to live its extremely affordable and very convenient. Keep up the great job you guys!!!!
maintenance too lazy never fix anything right. the smell of drugs from other tenents, washers and dryers always breaking down rude management
