RecommendedI have lived here going on 7 years. I love it here it's out far enough yet so remote to many of stores and new adventures. The staff are always kind respectful and attentive to our needs.I love the monthly activities they plan for us wish more people would get involved it's a great place to live
The staff is all very friendly, but we've fought for over two years to have something done about our downstairs neighbours smoking weed. Whether the windows are open or closed the smell permeates our home. We have small children and it makes us all sick to our stomachs to sit in our own home. We've tried contacting the police and they tell us to report them to the management, management then tells us to contact the police. Our hands are tied until we can find a new place to reside. Lived here for a year and loved it! We moved back because we did love our time there. Lived there for 2 more years and watched it go completely down hill. They are on the 3rd office manager of the year. They don't respond when you have questions or issues. Beware when you move out because they do not go by what is on your walkthrough that you fill out when you move in when they start charging towards your deposit. They do not enforce dog owners cleaning up after them, which is not nice when you have kids that want to play in... read more

I have lived here 3+ years and it has been Great! Kathy and Stephanie in the office are wonderful and attentive to details. The maintenance staff, Ben and others are responsive and courteous when they have to be in your apartment. Its a great life style, no worries, no snow!! the plowing is done, the underground parking takes care of no brushing snow too! the club house and pool are great along with all of the park space.
