This place does not care, the staff is rude, did not test me correctly, wouldn’t answer questions, hung up on me. Never sent my prenatal out had to call to remind them, gave me expired coupons.. would not recommend going here if pregnant! Also before I was I was pregnant couldn’t give me my results, because they lost my pee sample..
I had visited Dr Spencer last summer to establish a relationship so that when I reached perimenopause or menopause that I would be able to receive care quickly. I called to set up an appointment which was going to be at least 3 weeks out I requested that the secretary asked her if she would put in an order for labs. Dr Spencer denied my lab request to get my thyroid checked on the basis that she said that could be done with other labs. She completely dismissed my request, and did not talk to me in person. I was just treated the worst I have ever been treated at a doctor's office.. at this three Meadows OBGYN in Hillsdale Michigan. I desperately need hysterectomy and have absolutely no support besides my medical team and insurance. I told my main doctor that I seen a gentleman doctor at that OBGYN office and she sent her referral so they could contact me to make an appointment. Just wow Hospital says to call the office and they can’t even answer the phones, called numerous times from 8:00-9:00 what kind of OB ignored theirs patients!?!? What a great place to just ignore the phone calls.!
