The care I receive in the office and the employees are are great however they always tell you to contact the office with any questions or concerns and I've NEVER got the office to answer or return a call whatsoever anytime I try to get ahold of them.
This place does not care, the staff is rude, did not test me correctly, wouldn’t answer questions, hung up on me. Never sent my prenatal out had to call to remind them, gave me expired coupons.. would not recommend going here if pregnant! Also before I was I was pregnant couldn’t give me my results, because they lost my pee sample..
I had visited Dr Spencer last summer to establish a relationship so that when I reached perimenopause or menopause that I would be able to receive care quickly. I called to set up an appointment which was going to be at least 3 weeks out I requested that the secretary asked her if she would put in an order for labs. Dr Spencer denied my lab request to get my thyroid checked on the basis that she said that could be done with other labs. She completely dismissed my request, and did not talk to me in person.
