Mal trato y muy déspota el disque gerente llamado Hugo realmente me quedo con una muy mala experiencia a como me los habían platicado muchos amigos que viven ahí, sinceramente y de todo corazón nomas no y la calle principal nunca la han pavimentado horrible los pozos norias que hay nombre no luego luego se ve que no les importa la gente que vive ahí no les tratan de dar lo mejor horrible el lugar..

I’ve seen some other reviews and they base their great reviews either on nostalgia or solely on the character of the manager, Hugo. So I want to begin by saying that I want to be as unbiased as possible in this review. I lived here from 2023- mid 2026 in a 1-bedroom on the second floor, so I have a good amount of experience with the place. This complex is not the Dominion, but it’s home. Pretty quiet, neighbors occasionally get loud on weekends but whatever. Rent is very reasonable for a one bedroom unit, and includes cable and Internet. Hugo the manager is a good man and is always responsive when you need something, will usually respond in a day or two. Email is the best way to get a hold of him because he manages two complexes. Just keep your unit clean as there are roaches in the area, but this is Texas where we have loads of bugs.

A built my childhood memories here. Such a nostalgic place for me. It was everything for me at that time. It was what I would call home. So much nostalgia from this place. It was a really nice place when I lived there and people where really kind. Hope it still is ...
