Great communication with management, great spot in Battle Creek, definitely one of the most quiet areas in the city. The pool is very peaceful too.
The manager Sebrina here is wonderful cares about her tenants and is right on it when u call or text her .The maintenance guy Rick also is a great guy right on it when u need something fixed and will make sure u are satisfied with the job.I love it here very quiet neighborhood ur neighbors look out for each other very clean complex well maintained.It really makes a difference when u have a caring Manager and maintenance person who cares about the tenant and tries to make them happy .I will continue to live here as long as I ... read more
The application process, interview, and paperwork were all done very well! The buildings are taken care of by maintenance very quickly and professionally. The property manager is very kind, understanding, and made the process wonderful to move into here.
I have lived at Hidden Lanes for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it. Any problems I have or any thing breaks, I just put a simple little request for maintenance and Rick (maintenance man) literally is at your door the very first thing in the morning with the part in hand ready to fix literally anything. Rick is always quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I had an issue with my toilet, and he was quick and very helpful to get the toilet replaced.
