I've lived here for over a year now, and what I've seen is appalling. We moved here because it was suppose to be a QUIET neighborhood. We found out this is NOT the case. Neighbors are loud, the children around the park is completely loud and disrespectful, there are very racist people. We were called white trash by people of colour. Now onto management. It's a very cheep place and that says it all .. beware of this place, The only time bill and the office stiff get out is to go to lumch and go home rest of time only care money collection and fineing residents for not doing lawn care..
Avoid they will be nice till you sign and then the truth comes out you have no rights. Just pay and don't say a word. And surely don't expect them to keep up the whole property.
Maintenance does bare minimum. They do not do great work or seem to care if things aren't working. One named josh is the most uncaring lazy maintence man I've ever seen
Dont make the same mistake we did.. Do Not Move Here. The lease they have you sign is a trap and they refuse to do any maintenance once you sign the lease. If you question the lease, they immediately become angry, defensive and snotty. The worst mistake we've ever made was moving here.
Why you can not get a shed if you do not have one, all Manufacturers homes come with sheds thats were you are suppose to store your things,and why do they lie and say you have central air and you do not and its on your lease
Horrible place to live. Management will write you up and fine you for any reason they feel like. When the sun goes down many kids and teens can be found running the street damaging vehicles with BB guns or doing drugs on the playground. Don't bother calling the main office you will always get the voice mail and hardly ever get a call back. The manager is never in the office. And the lady running the place is very unhelpful and rude. Avoid avoid avoid....this is THE Ghetto!!! Theft and gun shooting are the norm and children are left unattended and allowed to run amok. Everything is vandalized and no one in the office cares. They are incompetent and unconcerned. These three MHParks are owned and managed by the same people
Disgusting, dirty, unorganized. Forget ever being able to get ahold of someone on the phone, and if you do, you're going to get no help. Completely rude, the woman working in the office is an unintelligent and dismissive as she is arrogant. You will never get a return phone call from the community manager, whom is NEVER there.
